Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order has been delivered, we cannot process your return. Any item that is damaged (including but not limited to rips, holes, discoloration, etc.) is not eligible for a refund.
As a small business, we accept returns for store credit only. If you feel that a mistake has been made on our end, you may be exempt from this, so please reach out to us via info@piouspetal.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items purchased on sale / at a discounted price are final sale.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds, or no refunds, may be granted:
– Any item that is obviously used
– Any item that has been purchased at a discounted price
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
– Any item that is damaged (including but not limited to rips, holes, discoloration, etc.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via your preferred method of contact that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will provide you with a code to access your store credit. If you are eligible for a full refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you via your preferred contact method.
Late / missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via info@piouspetal.com.
Sale items / discounted items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items / discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, contact us via info@piouspetal.com. Our exchanges follow the same procedure as our returns. Once we receive and approve the item you would like to exchange, you will receive a code to access your store credit via your preferred method of contact. You may use this code to purchase the item you would like to exchange for your previous order. You may use your store credit to purchase what you would like from our shop; it is not limited to your exchange item.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, contact us via info@piouspetal.com for a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
